Flexible PTO
We don’t have a cap on the amount of time you can take. As long as you work with your manager to make a plan—take the time when and how you need to.
We mean it. Take that PTO
We actually pay you to take time off! When you take five consecutive days off, you’ll receive a vacation bonus of $1,000. TaskRay employees are eligible for this bonus twice a year (for a total of $2,000/year).
Anniversary Bonus
Earn an anniversary bonus of $1,000 for each year of service on your start date (i.e. after two years get $2,000, after five years get $5,000, etc.)
Health Insurance
Employees are covered at 99% for medical, dental, and vision. We also offer an employer HSA contribution, upgraded plan options, FSA/DCA enrollment, and competitive dependent coverage.
FriYAY Program
We give every other Friday off to half the company at a time. That’s right. Every. Other. Friday. Yay!
Wellness Stipend
Enjoy a $25/pay period Wellness Stipend to put toward anything that sparks joy and helps you relax and feel well (that’s $600 each year!).

TaskRay matches employee 401K contributions up to 4%.
Family Leave
We offer 12 weeks parental/family leave and 16 weeks leave for new mothers covered at 100% of base salary.

Paid Sabbatical
Did you know the definition of sabbatical is “a break or change from a normal routine (as of employment)?” We believe breaks make us all better in the long run, so we are incredibly proud to offer a paid sabbatical program tied to tenure at the company. 2 years = 2-week sabbatical, 5 years and every 3 years thereafter = 4-week sabbatical.
Remote/Hybrid Work
TaskRay has a physical office in the Denver area, but even pre-pandemic we were proudly hybrid in our work approach. We know you are an adult and trust you to manage your schedule and time. There will be times we ask you to come to the office (when it can be done within COVID guidelines), but for the most part, we know you are as excited to contribute to the company’s success as we are to have you!
