Superpowers come in all shapes and forms. There’s telepathy, super strength, invisibility, flying… the list goes on. Most commonly, such powers are seen as supernatural abilities that you would see in movies or read about in comic books. With that said, superpowers can exist in the workplace as well, whether it’s an awesome skill or a special certification that helps accomplish goals like a superhero.
Speaking of – without further ado, we are excited to announce the launch of TaskRay Academy: a customer-centric training hub where you can gain TaskRay superpowers.
With customer success as our ultimate goal, we have developed a highly-requested training track that is designed specifically for end users. Our inaugural training focuses on key functions and best practices for managing assignments and collaborating with fellow team members on projects. This training covers all the basics that TaskRay team members need to know to have a strong foundation for using the app.
So, who should take this training? Well, we might be biased, but we believe that anyone who uses TaskRay could benefit from completing this training. Not only will it teach you best practices, demonstrate essential TaskRay functionality, and provide general work management tips, but it will also allow you to gain a special TaskRay superpower. But, if we are talking about specifics, this training is designed specifically for those who are responsible for doing day-to-day work in the app, such as managing assignments and executing work on projects.
This track does not go into the technical depths of feature configurations, nor does it cover topics on how to structure and manage project plans. While those are important topics to cover (and we do plan on covering them in the future), we are starting with the ultimate basic superpowers to set the foundation.
Whether you’re new to TaskRay or we’ve been your trusty sidekick for a while, this track sets the foundation and unlocks best practices to accelerate how you manage your work. There will be additional tracks created in the future for more technical topics such as feature configurations, how to structure and manage project plans, and more.
