No caps, no counting hours. Just coordinate with your team and take the time you need to recharge.
Vacation Bonus
We pay you to disconnect. Take 5 consecutive days off and we’ll give you a $1,000 bonus. You can do this twice a year—that’s $2,000 extra just for relaxing.
Anniversary Bonus
Loyalty pays off. Earn a $1,000 bonus for every year of service (e.g., $1,000 at year 1, $5,000 at year 5, etc.)
