Before TaskRay, Venture Solar used a third-party task management tool that did not integrate with Salesforce. The disconnected systems made it hard to get the full picture on what was happening with any given customer. This led to tasks being dropped and unhappy customers calling about project delays—and potentially leaving negative reviews.
