While TaskRay—the 100% Salesforce-native project management solution—is easy to set up and even easier to use, we understand that there will be times when support is needed and features desired. That’s why we make it a top priority to provide all the tools necessary to help teams get the most out of TaskRay.
To enable self service, our support site is chock full of helpful information developed for users and admins—both newbies and old hands. From tutorials to release videos to an ideas exchange, it’s all there. We also offer TaskRay User Communications that include sneak peeks, TaskRay Tips & Tricks, and project management news.
Most of our customers find everything they need on our support site, but if stumped, users can easily submit a support ticket from inside the TaskRay app or via our website. And, we don’t believe in tiered support, i.e. initial responses are from a real live person who is certified by Salesforce with a lot of experience and deep knowledge of TaskRay.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve TaskRay and some of our best new features are born from ideas submitted by our customers. Our ideas exchange is run by our product manager and is the place for users and admins to share their ideas, submit new feature requests, and vote for favorite ideas.
TaskRay completes a major, feature-filled release three times a year on the same schedule as Salesforce. This allows us to take advantage of new features and ensure that TaskRay is always aligned with Salesforce. Of course, bug fixes are pushed out as needed. Check out our latest release.
