We are happy to announce that on January 27, 2017, TaskRay will get a new support site. (Note: You will still go to the same place - support.taskray.com.)
What does this mean for you?
Our new site will have all of the features you need such as submitting a ticket, sharing feature ideas, and support articles. But, now it will also have:
A more visual, interactive design for ease of use and faster navigation.
Our help widget (in the bottom right-hand corner) will now provide article suggestions based on what you are searching. This widget will appear on all pages of taskray.com as well.
Smart navigation on the site now understands which article you are viewing and which other articles are in that section.
Because we are committed to your needs and feedback being a part of our roadmap process, the Share Ideas feature is getting a front-end overhaul.
We also took this opportunity to do some clean-up and consolidation of our content. Alisa Gibson, product marketing manager, reviewed and edited every single article (there were hundreds) to make sure the articles are relevant and up-to-date. In addition to that, she organized the content by topics whereas before it was organized by role. She’ll be keeping a close eye on how the community is using the content to make sure the site is as useful and relevant as possible.
Speaking of Community
The support site is a useful tool, but another resource gaining traction for our users is the TaskRay group on the Salesforce Success Community. Many other users are there and talking to each other about TaskRay best practices, answering questions for each other, and asking questions of the Bracket Labs’s Team.
As always, if you have any questions about the new site, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
